NEED URGENT HELP?

Lucy-Paige Hamilton: Fruit Pastilles; a spoken word poem.

“Fruit Pastilles is a spoken word poem that highlights some of the struggles not only of physical recovery, but also how we respond to our own status of being ‘in recovery’. The poem attempts to reveal how what may appear to be insignificant details to some, like the time of day, the habits of others, and personal reflections, might be huge obstacles for someone attempting to overcome an eating disorder. I have tried to focus on how struggle itself, might be seen as an important stage in learning to live healthily with mental illness.”
