Rose Darling

Hello, I’m Rose.

I first heard of Flourish when I was doing other community work, and volunteering in Sheffield. When the Information Coordinator role came up, I looked into Flourish’s values, and what they do and thought:

“Yes, that’s something I would very much like to be involved in”.

At Flourish I work alongside Sara and Roger to keep the Sheffield Mental Health Guide up to date, and easily accessible, as well as running monthly newsletters (There is a sign up form if you scroll down on our home page). We also manage Sheffield Flourish’s social media, which covers everything from serious to silly on a weekly basis. 

It’s very rewarding to be part of an organisation you wholeheartedly support. Flourish does such valuable work, and I am proud to say I’m now part of that. The office atmosphere is supportive and busy, never boring, always welcoming, and full of new and familiar faces.
