Rebecca Roberts

Hello, I’m Rebecca and I joined Sheffield Flourish as Office Manager in November 2025. It’s my job to ensure all the office, administrative and finance functions of Sheffield Flourish are well managed so that we can run our activities to a high standard and be an efficient and organised team.

I joined Sheffield Flourish as, after many years working in Higher Education, I felt ready for a change. When I saw the opportunity to be part of the fantastic work Sheffield Flourish does, I was really excited to apply. It’s been great to join this warm and friendly team, who are all dedicated and hardworking but also a lot of fun and to know that I’m contributing to an organization that makes a positive difference to people’s lives.

Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and I’m at my happiest exploring the trails. I’ve recently started learning to play the piano which I’m loving, and I also enjoy reading, cooking and music.
