Tom Chapman and David Fletcher : Nest in Eaves

Many thanks to Tom and David for sharing this powerful poem written for Rotherham Flourish.

Abandoned overgrown wooden house

Nest in Eaves

That there is my nest
tucked away in the eaves
of the abandoned house,
up above I glide
just within sight
never to return
to the empty home
attached to the empty home.
