Recovery Enterprises Appoints Managing Director
Following a successful first two years developing the foundations of Recovery Enterprises and securing funding from Sheffield Hospitals Charity and Sheffield Health and Social Care Foundation Trust we have now appointed our first Managing Director to help further shape and grow our organisation into a sustainable social enterprise.
Pam Stirling (Chair and Co-Founder) said “We are delighted to welcome Roz Davies to be the Managing Director of Recovery Enterprises. Roz joined us on May 5th and is spending her first weeks getting to know who we are, what we do and is already working hard on what we will do in the future! Roz has a background in health and well-being, has worked with community groups, in statutory services and in the digital and enterprise sectors. As she says of herself she is “passionate about unlocking the potential of people, citizenship, enterprise and digital technology to change lives”.
Roz will help us to continue to support amazing grassroots enterprises such as Oasis and CAST and will also lead the new development of our Big Lottery funded ground-breaking Digital Well-being Hub in partnership with Human Studio and Storying Sheffield.
We are currently seeking new volunteers for our enterprises and will shortly begin recruiting for people to help build our Digital Well-being Hub.
