NEED URGENT HELP?

Introducing: our printed Mental Health Guide

We are massively proud to deliver the Sheffield Mental Health Guide: a website, phone line, email service, and, most recently LiveChat service. Through the guide we now help over 80,000 people a year* find the services they need to support their mental health.

Now we’re excited to announce we’re going back to paper too!

We know that digital can be a real barrier for some people, especially during the pandemic. We also want to showcase all the amazing services out there in this city. Some of you may know that the Mental Health Guide started out as a paper booklet – the much loved Smooth Guide. We hope this new guide, which includes colouring activities from local artist Hannah Flynn, will do it justice.

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week next week, we want to get as many copies out there to services and individuals as we can.

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week next week, we’re running two days where you can come and pick up boxes of our guides from the lovely James Sutherland at Sheffield’s CCG.

Where:

722 Prince of Wales Road (Sheffield CCG), Darnall, Sheffield, S9 4DZ

When:

10th May 2pm – 5pm

13th May 9am – 11.30am

If you’d like to come and collect a box please let us know by emailing [email protected] asap.
