Sheffield Mental Health Guide Booklet ๐ - Available for Collection
We are excited to announce that a new paper edition of the Sheffield Mental Health Guide is available to organisations and groups for collection from the Sheffield Flourish office.
The booklets can be picked up on designated days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between 2 PM and 4 PM, from 4 Windrush Way, Sheffield, S3 8JU.
โจImportant Informationโจ
To ensure that as many organisations as possible can benefit from these guides, we are offering free copies with the initial following limits: small charitable organisations can pick up a maximum of 10 guides, while for-profit organisations are limited to 5 guides. When you arrive, simply state your organisationโs name and whether youโre collecting 5 or 10 guides. We will look to make more copies available subject to availability once the first round of collections has taken place.
If you have any questions or need special arrangements, please contact Tomekah at [email protected].
The purpose of the booklet is to make it easier for people to find the local support available to members of the community.
The information in the booklet is based on the local website, Sheffield Mental Health Guide, which directs people to services and activities across the city that are mental health friendly.
The Sheffield Mental Health Guide is run by us at Sheffield Flourish and funded by Sheffield City Council.
We know not everyone has access to the internet, and that some people just prefer paper, so we have condensed a version of the website into a booklet. The booklet has been designed so that whoever is using it can find support for adults on one side and children and young people on the other.
All information in the paper guide is correct as of April 2024. For the most up-to-date information about resources, services, and activities, please visit https://www.sheffieldmentalhealth.co.uk
Thank you for your commitment to mental health and well-being! ๐
