Associate Opportunity – Content Creator

The Role

We’re looking for someone to join our team who has experience of or a drive to develop and create content for a younger audience. The role will be to promote the Sheffield Mental Health Guide, which has been relaunched as an all-age website (it was previously for adults only). The chosen candidate will assist in creating a social media calendar by mind-mapping ideas to captivate young people. 

They will also collaborate with young people to involve them in the content creation process. Additionally, there will be interaction with and gathering of content from services highlighted in our guide. You will collaborate with our team to adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the attractiveness, engagement, and informativeness of our social media platforms.

Sheffield Flourish is an award-winning innovative charity. We aim to support people living with mental health conditions to use their skills, ideas and talent to build the lives they wish to lead. 

Our organisation manages four websites: Sheffield Flourish, Sheffield Mental Health Guide, Sheffield Suicide Support and Prevention, and My Toolkit. Alongside this, we facilitate several groups working in creative arts, gardening and vegetable growing, football and more (check out CAST, Oasis, Open Door Music, Connected Worlds and Brunsmeer Awareness FC).

Fee: £500, all-inclusive of your time.
