How to use our newest website: My Toolkit

A lot of us right now are tweaking and refining how we look after our mental health. These are difficult times, plus we have far fewer options (the things we might usually go to to support our mental health are either closed or online: the gym, art classes, work, etc etc).

One of the most helpful things I’ve found in the last few months is working out what is good for me, and setting goals for myself. Our newest website, My Toolkit, is a place where you can do this. It’s a beautifully simple, supportive website.

But we know it can be hard to get used to new websites, so our Lisa has produced a fantastic video telling all:
