Feedback: mental health and the black community

The volunteers

In October we supported the fantastic ADIRA in a conference, Mental Health and Me: the unspoken taboo in the black community.

We recognised how important it was to be part of this dialogue, and we felt really privileged to be involved.

The conference covered some really difficult topics, and some key ideas for change. We’ve now brought together the feedback from the day, and we’d like to share it with the wider community. Thanks again to ADIRA for running this important conference, and to Sheffield Mind for working alongside us.
